UES Esplanade Ramp Reopens Monday After Years Of Closures

After years of construction and detours, the 71st Street pedestrian ramp to the East River Esplanade will finally reopen on Monday, June 15th.

The re-opening restores a key access point for the Upper East Side waterfront. Patch.
